Tapping into the energy of the full moon and solstice, carving out a little time to drop into stillness -through the breath, through the voice and through sound (Gong, singing bowls, and percussion). Through these ancient practices we can stop time, we can rest, reflect and restore our hearts and souls! No experience required, all are welcome. Bring a mat, wear warm clothes and blankets :)
