'Seriously Playful' is a clowning and improvisation workshop led by Marina Sossi and regularly held in London and Frome.

The workshop takes you through a step by step process that starts with the body, to stimulate a spontaneous and natural state of playfulness. Improvisation games and clowning exercises give permission to be silly, have fun and step into the spotlight. 

Finding the inner clown unmasks and liberates, challenges limitations and overcomes creative blocks. We find flow state through fun and connection. If you are curious and want more from life, it's definitely for you. Belly laughs and magic moments guaranteed!
