Situated in the yard, these pitches are 3x3m and stall holders will need their own gazebo. They are lit by our outdoor festoon lighting but do not have electricity. 6 foot trestle tables are also available to hire at £5 per table.

These smaller 1x1m tables will be set up in our event space and present a great option for smaller wares. Table space is supplied and there is electrical supply if needed.

We are also offering smaller uncovered pitches which allow stall holders to bring their own table and setup. These pitches are not covered and stalls can be up to 1x1 metre.

We have some basic eligibility criteria for anyone looking to have a stall at the pop up market. All traders must provide their own payment system and we require that all traders must have public liability insurance of at least £5 million before we can confirm their space.

We hope to fund essential improvements to the yard in the near future, including disability access. There is currently a 2 inch lip into the yard and a 4.5 inch step into the building that will require assistance for wheelchair users. We do have a disabled toilet on the ground floor. There is currently no disabled access to our studios on the first and second floor.
